An arraignment hearing for Dynamo goalkeeper Tyler Deric scheduled for today has been moved to Nov. 15.
At that hearing, Deric's attorney will have his first opportunity to see the prosecutor's files on the case pertaining to an alleged incident that led to Deric's arrest on Oct. 31.
Deric has been suspended by MLS pending investigations of the incident which led to him being charged with misdemeanor assault of a family member. Deric, who is suspended from all team activities, missed the Dynamo's playoff victory over the Portland Timbers on Sunday night.
The Dynamo will face Seattle Sounders FC in the Western Conference finals on Nov.
