As great as he felt that his first Dynamo goal aided a 2-1 season opening victory, Erick Torres could not help but notice that he paid the price by spending extra time on the grass last weekend against Seattle Sounders FC.
The good news for the Dynamo is all that attention from defenders means Torres is doing something right. If the opponent did not fear him, it would not emphasize making the striker uncomfortable.
In the long run, the more defenders focus on Torres the more openings there will be for wingers Alberth Elis and Romell Quioto.
