The Dynamo Charities Cup will be nationally televised for the first time this year.
The ninth annual event is scheduled for Oct. 5 at BBVA Compass Stadium against Liga MX club Cruz Azul. The game will air live on Univision Deportes Network.
The Dynamo Charities Cup is an annual event that brings an international team to Houston to raise money for a charity. This year proceeds will benefit the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund established by mayor Sylvester Turner and Harris County judge Ed Emmett.
BBVA Compass and the Dynamo have set a goal of raising $100,000 from the event.
