Dynamo Sign Honduran Forward on Loan from Monterrey

The offseason continues to move along for the Houston Dynamo as they made another signing to bolster their roster as they hope to put last season behind them while looking ahead to 2017. Forward Alberth Elis joins Houston on a 12 month loan from Liga MX club Monterrey with an option to purchase the forward’s rights at the conclusion of the loan.

Elis began his professional career with C.D. Olimpia in Honduras, the same club to produce Dynamo players Oscar Boniek Garcia and Jose Escalante. The Dynamo front office is very excited as both General Manager Matt Jordan and Head Coach Wilmer Cabrera have followed his CONCACAF appearances and his club performances closely.
