A late goal by the home team left the Dash with heartbreak Saturday afternoon and a third consecutive loss.
Sky Blue FC's Raquel Rodriguez used a toe poke in a crowd inside the 6-yard box to give her team a 2-1 victory over Houston at Rutgers University's Yurcak Field.
The winning goal came in the 85th minute when the Dash failed to clear a free kick into the penalty area.
Saturday's game was a rematch of the May 13 game played in Houston. Sky Blue won that one, 3-1.
Just like it did in last week's game, Sky Blue scored the opener on a penalty kick by Sarah Killion.
