Last weekend’s Houston Dynamo re-opener against FC Dallas marked the team’s first match at BBVA Stadium in 174 days. Because it was played behind closed doors due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Dynamo fans tuned in to various television providers for their first glimpse of the team on its home ground. Unfortunately, for some fans the image wasn’t quite as clear as they’d expected.
“We know that some Houston Dynamo fans experienced challenges with image resolution for last Friday’s Dynamo match, and we are extremely disappointed by that. We want to assure all of our fans that we, and our new partners at TEGNA, delivered a high-definition signal to every cable provider,” said Dynamo and Dash president John Walker.
