The Houston Dash announced today that Brian Ching will step down as the managing director to focus on personal and entrepreneurial interests, but will serve as an adviser to the team for the 2019 NWSL season.
Dash Head Coach James Clarkson will take on the role of technical director and will oversee all soccer operations for the team, including roster and player personnel decisions.
“I am very grateful for the opportunity to have worked for the Dash. I remember the first time we discussed the idea of creating an NWSL club, and six years later we have the most talented team in the history of the club,” Ching said.
