On Friday, November 15, BBVA hosted Junior Achievement USA; a non- profit youth organization designed to teach high-school students about work-readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy. BBVA created the opportunity for goalkeeper Jane Campbell and defender Satara Murray to take part in a Q&A with about 75 high school girls.
In a guided and intimate Q&A session, Jane and Satara were able to share their story of how they ended up playing a professional sport. They also were able to share experiences including mental health, overcoming obstacles, and even current struggles they experience in their every day lives as female athletes.
