It’s the 10th annual Dynamo Charities Cup match. Each year the Dynamo play an exhibition game that helps to raise money for a Houston-area charity. This year the club is raising money for KIPP Opportunity Campus. They are playing against CF Monterrey of Liga MX, the same club they faced in the first ever Charities Cup game. The game is part of the MoneyGram SocioMX Tour. Since it is an exhibition game teams are allowed unlimited substitutions but players who have been subbed off cannot reenter the game. Additionally, if the game is tied at the end of regulation there will not be extra time.
