The Cougar men’s basketball team wrapped up their 2015-16 regular season with a 69-56 home win over the University of Cincinnati Bearcats on Thursday night.
The win came on senior night and positions the Cougars well heading into the American Athletic Conference tournament.
The Cougars were able to jump out to a big lead in the second half after a slow start, and held onto it despite a late rally attempt by the Bearcats.
Junior guard Damyean Dotson and sophomore guard Rob Gray each poured in 13 points for the Cougars, while senior forward Devonta Pollard added 11 points.
