The United States Naval Academy squared off with the 15th ranked team in the nation when they traveled to face off against the University of Notre Dame.
While the Midshipmen went into halftime trailing by just three points, the Irish pulled away in the second half and held Navy to just one field goal after the break.
With the 41-24 loss, Navy suffered their first loss of the year, and now are 4-1 overall, retaining their 2-0 record in the American Athletic Conference.
