Yankees 9, Astros 6: Oberholtzer implosion, close calls, and home runs

Brett Oberholtzer had been arguable pitching the best among Astros starters for the past few weeks. That was most definitely not the case on Saturday. It didn't help that home umpire Rob Drake had a tight zone on the inner part of the plate. Obe walked Chris Young and Alex Rodriguez to load the bases on back-to-back close calls on strikes.

Brian McCann made things worse, by depositing a pitch into the right field fence for a grand slam.

After giving up a second double to Brett Gardner in game, Obe served up his second home run of the game.
