In the second to last game of the season, the Astros looked to continue hitting the ball well as they took on the Rangers.
Jose Urquidy was the starter tonight for the Astros, and he pitched really well. He ended up going 7 innings allowing 2 solo HRs to Sam Huff while striking out 5 batters. Urquidy finished the season with a 2.73 ERA.
The Astros offense struggled a bit in this one but Springer finally got them on the board with an RBI triple in the 5th inning. Another good sign moving towards the playoffs, was that Alex Bregman continued to swing a hot bat as he connected on a solo HR in the 6th to tie the game at 2.
