Spring Training is a time for preparation and a time to give back. The ghosts of baseball pasts return to their former teams to impart knowledge on the young bucks. For the first time, longtime Astros ace Roy Oswalt will be joining the team in West Palm Beach as a guest instructor — reports Fox 26’s Mark Berman:
Oswalt and other former Astros greats Jeff Bagwell, Craig Biggio, and Phil Garner will be helping out at camp.
Oswalt, 39, spent 10 seasons with the Astros and was drafted by the Astros in the 23rd round of the 1996 draft.
