Former Astros broadcaster Milo Hamilton died Thursday at the age of 88.
The Hall of Fame announcer was at the microphone for some of baseball’s most memorable moments over parts of seven decades.

1. April 8, 1974: The Braves’ Hank Aaron hits his record 715th career home run at Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium off Al Downing of the Dodgers.
What he said: “Henry Aaron in the second inning walked and scored. He’s sittin’ on 714. Here’s the pitch by Downing. Swinging. There’s a drive into left-center field!
