Prospects who just missed TCB's Top 30

With the TCB Top 30 prospects being released, I am sure some may wonder where a certain prospect landed outside the top 30. Here I will take a look at a few guys outside the top 30 that have a chance to jump up by next season. You can refer to the first portion of the list here for the grading guidelines.

32. Rogelio Armenteros, RHP [3.82, C prospect]

Armenteros had one of the better seasons in the Astros system in 2016. He was signed for just $40,000 in late 2014 out of Cuba. After making his stateside debut in 2015 going 3-2 with 61 K in 61 IP, he established himself as a legit pitching prospect.
