Saturday wasn't a good day for Brett Oberholtzer. He gave up six runs over 1 1/3 innings, including two home runs. It was what he did after that second home run that changed his status as an Astro.
Oberholtzer threw a pretty clear message pitch at the next Yankee batter Alex Rodriguez. Home umpire Rob Drake would have none of it, and ejected Oberholtzer from the game.
It appears the Astros and manager A.J. Hinch were on the same page -- announcing that the team had sent Oberholtzer to Triple A Fresno following Saturday's game.
