Marwin injured making leaping catch at wall

HOUSTON -- Marwin Gonzalez made a leaping catch against Minute Maid Park's left-field wall in the third inning, but he exited Saturday's game against the Red Sox shortly thereafter with an apparent leg injury.

Gonzalez leaped to snag Andrew Benintendi's fly ball, made contact with the wall on the way down and came up visibly gimpy after the play. He finished the inning, but was shown on replays wincing in pain as he walked with a noticeable limp in Houston's dugout before heading to the clubhouse.

In his only at-bat Saturday against David Price, Gonzalez clanged a triple into a nook in left field, and the ball kicked away from a pair of chasing outfielders for his first three-bagger of the season.
