HOUSTON -- Astros center fielder Jake Marisnick is expected to miss multiple weeks, manager AJ Hinch said Sunday at Minute Maid Park. Marisnick abruptly exited Friday's game with a groin injury and was placed on the 10-day disabled list on Saturday.
Marisnick said he received an MRI following the injury he sustained while sprinting out of the batter's box on a seventh-inning double to left field against the Mariners.
"Jake's going to be out a little bit," Hinch said. "He's going to play again. Whether that's a couple weeks or three weeks, we're not going to know.
