ANAHEIM -- Marwin Gonzalez (Margo) gave the Astros a 5-0 lead on the Angels in the fifth inning on Friday night with his second career grand slam as Players' Weekend gets underway at Angel Stadium.
Gonzalez's 13th home run on the season came with two outs, on the heels of Angels starter Andrew Heaney getting a visit from pitching coach Charles Nagy.
Whatever Nagy told him, it's doubtful he mentioned giving Gonzalez a room-service fastball. Gonzalez was served up a middle-cut, 91-mph heater, and he didn't let Heaney's mistake reach catcher Rene Rivera's glove.
