The Houston Astros enjoyed quite the All-Star break. Alex Bregman competed in a Home Run Derby battle of the ages on Monday. Bregman also turned heads on Tuesday night when he won the MLB All-Star Game for the American League with his go-ahead homer in extra innings. George Springer then followed up with a rocket of his own.
Unsurprisingly, Bregman won the All-Star MVP award that came with hardware, as well as a car that he gave to his own mother. Honestly, how sweet is that of him?
