The initial reports were false. Going to Philadelphia in the trade are Mark Appel, Harold Arauz, Brett Oberholtzer, Vincent Velasquez, and Thomas Eshelman.
The details of the trade that brought Ken Giles to Houston from Philadelphia have been made official:

This is different from the return that had been previously-announced.
Though Velasquez, Eshelman, and Oberholtzer were all part of the initial package, we have now learned that 2013's first-overall pick in the draft, Mark Appel, will be headed to Philadelphia instead of Derek Fisher, as was previously reported.
