HOUSTON -- Astros first baseman Yuli Gurriel gave his club a 4-0 lead in the first inning with a grand slam off Angels starter Andrew Heaney, just left of the right-field foul pole, in the series opener on Friday night at Minute Maid Park.
He added a two-run homer in the third inning off Heaney, his 12th jack of the season, to give him a career-high six RBIs.
Gurriel's 2nd home run Gurriel's 11th home run of the season was his third career grand slam and second of the season.
