HOUSTON -- The Astros took out a week's worth of offensive frustration against the Rockies on Wednesday, slamming a season-high-tying four home runs, including two by designated hitter Evan Gattis, to jump out to a 10-1 lead after five innings.
The Astros, who had scored a combined eight runs in their previous four games, took a 3-0 lead in the first inning against Rockies starter Tyler Anderson when Carlos Correa bounced a three-run double down the left-field line. Yuli Gurriel hit a two-run homer in the second for a 6-0 lead.
