Fields to make at least 1 more rehab appearance

HOUSTON -- Astros manager A.J. Hinch said right-hander Josh Fields will throw at least one more game on his rehab assignment at Triple-A Fresno before returning to the Astros. Fields, who strained his groin late in the spring, threw in back-to-back games on Monday and Tuesday.

Fields threw 10 pitches and retired all three batters he faced Tuesday after throwing 15 pitches Monday and allowing one hit and one walk.

"You want to make sure he's fully comfortable and his pitches have both quality and comfort for him," Hinch said. "It could happen quickly. It could also be a couple of more outings.
