Alex Bregman needed one more dinger to force a 60-second swing-off with Cubs slugger Kyle Schwarber in the first round of the 2018 T-Mobile Home Run Derby, but Bregman's final bid hit off the left-field wall.
Schwarber advanced by a 16-15 score and will face the Phillies' Rhys Hoskins in Round 2.
