COOPERSTOWN N.Y.– Terry Biggio, a top official with the Federal Aviation Administration, knew at the age of 10 he wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps as an air traffic controller. His younger brother Craig, however, never found that urge.
“No, not at all,” Craig said. “I knew that from the beginning. I used to fly with my dad, go to work with my dad, I knew what my brother did, but I wanted no part in that. … I didn’t know what I was going to do (if not play baseball) other than be a teacher or be a carpenter, something like that.
