Castro doubles, exits with right quad strain

MINNEAPOLIS -- Astros catcher Jason Castro left Friday night's game against the Twins in the fifth inning, pulling up after rounding first on his way to a double with a right quad strain, according to the team.

Castro hit a one-out ball to the gap and limped his way to second. Castro walked slowly off the field with trainer Nate Lucero and manager A.J. Hinch.

Hank Conger came on to pinch-run for Castro, who was 1-for-2 before the injury. Castro is hitting .220 with 11 home runs and 30 RBIs in 90 games this season.
