A couple of key Astros are on the mend as infielders Carlos Correa and Aledmys Diaz have been playing with Triple-A Round Rock. Meanwhile, Derek Fisher and Cy Sneed have put together some impressive performances of late.
Correa went 0-for-3 in his first game on Monday, but went 3-for-4 with a pair of RBIs on Wednesday. Diaz went 1-for-4 on Monday and 0-for-4 on Wednesday. Correa will likely have a few more games with the Express before he’s eligible to come off the IL, while Diaz will finish his rehab assignment at Double-A.
