Shin-Soo Choo started the winning rally with a leadoff double against reliever Chris Devenski and scored on a single by Ian Desmond. Jurickson Profar followed with a single and, after Adrian Beltre popped out, Rougned Odor lined a double off the right-field wall to make it 5-3.
The Rangers had left the bases loaded in the previous two innings. Reliever Matt Bush pitched two innings to get the victory, striking out George Springer with two on and two out in the 11th to end it.
