Abraham Toro has been rising up the ladder of the Minor League system and will be making his Major League debut with the Houston Astros according to Jake Kaplan of The Athletic. Toro has primarily played third base but has also been getting in some experience lately at first and second.
The Astros are calling up infielder Abraham Toro from Triple A, sources tell The Athletic.
The 22-year-old infielder was drafted by the Astros in the 5th round of the 2016 MLB June Amateur Draft out of Seminole State College, Oklahoma.
