This is one of the common features I had in both books. I am treating it a little differently. We have already looked at the outliers above and below the median. Eliminating those guys (ten in the case of second basemen) helps us to look at the position in a more realistic fashion. What does a typical Hall of Fame second baseman look like?
None of the ten remaining guys are in question. What they are is a much better comparison point for would be Hall of Fame second basemen than the guys on the upper or lower half of the scale.
