One of the things that has always bugged me about Rob Manfred is that he spends way too much time complaining about what is wrong with the game and not enough time celebrating what is right with the game. We have some of the best athletes in the world playing the sport right now. Two of them are active first basemen and they just might be in line. At least one of them is still going strong.
As per usual, we will start with the counting numbers and go from there. As we have done with the other candidates, we are comparing them with the Hall of Fame median once we remove those above or below 20 percent of the median.
