Veteran slugger Carlos Beltran has agreed to a deal with the Houston Astros, according to ESPN's Buster Olney:

Beltran's deal also includes a full no-trade clause. He has spent half a season with the Astros previously in his career, playing 90 games for the franchise in 2004 after being acquired from the Kansas City Royals.
Beltran, who will turn 40 in April, spent last season with the New York Yankees before being traded to the Texas Rangers at the trade deadline. He hit .295 with 29 home runs and 93 RBIs last season.
