After receiving the punch-to-the-gut news that the Big West Conference Championship Tournament in Anaheim, Calif., was cancelled, the Rainbow Warriors went into scramble mode to rearrange travel plans. Most of the team was scheduled to return to Honolulu on Thursday evening.
As student-athletes, the Warriors were also trying to keep up with news from the main campus in Manoa, as news of a campus shutdown was also in progress.
Sophomore Justin Hemsley and senior Eddie Stansberry took the time to share some of their thoughts and plans, a few hours after they received the news about the Big West Tournament being cancelled.
