Two players from the University of Hawai’i basketball team have entered their names into the NCAA transfer portal. Juniors Leland Green and Brandon Thomas are among the names on the long list of players from NCAA Division I schools seeking to transfer to another school for next season.
Hawai’i head coach Eran Ganot confirmed the decisions of Green and Thomas, and issued this statement: “Both Leland and Brandon have been stellar representatives of our basketball program. We appreciate all their contributions during their time here and wish them all the best going forward. They’ll always be part of the UH ohana.
