It was a beautiful, sunny day in Naalehu on Sunday, and no one was hotter than Quentin Hook.
He had the type of monster performance worth remembering for a long, long time.
Hook blasted a two-run homer, had four RBIs and finished with two hits for North Hawaii, which eliminated Ka‘u 12-2 in a Little League District 4 tournament for ages 9-10 at Naalehu Park.
North Hawaii gets defending champion Hilo today, but must win twice to secure a berth to states, scheduled June 18-22 at Central Oahu Regional Park.
