Hawai’i fans will have an opportunity to donate to a worthy cause, and meet and greet several basketball coaches at a Coaches vs. Cancer fundraising evening event on December 20 in Waikiki.
UH head coach Eran Ganot, Hall of Fame coach Mike Montgomery (former coach at Cal, Stanford, Montana, Golden State Warriors), and several coaches from the teams in this year’s Hawaiian Airlines Diamond Head Classic will be in attendance. This year’s field features Akron, Davidson, Miami, Middle Tennessee, Princeton, New Mexico State, USC and host Hawai’i.
