Senior forward Noah Allen became the latest player from the University of Hawai’i basketball program to earn first-team All-Conference honors on Monday.
Allen was one of six players named to the All-Big West Conference first team, which was announced on Monday morning.
UC Irvine senior guard Luke Nelson was named the Conference Player of the Year, and UC Irvine’s Russell Turner was named the Coach of the Year. The Anteaters won the regular-season championship and are the No. 1 seed for this week’s conference tournament.
Joining Allen and Nelson on the first team are: Tre’ Coggins from Cal State Fullerton, UC Davis teammates Brynton Lemar and Chima Moneke, and UC Irvine’s Jaron Martin.
