Apr. 22—WINDSOR — From college football to the NFL to principal to superintendent of schools, Uyi Osunde has had quite the journey.
Osunde, who has been the high school principal since 2016, will leave at the end of the school year to become Stratford's superintendent of schools on July 1.
"It's an opportunity that I am extremely excited for. School leadership is hard work, but as long as you are working with talented educators and professionals who are passionate about kids and you all have a common goal, good things will happen," Osunde said.
Osunde's first job in the education field was in 2009 in New London.
