For the second straight year, the Green Bay Packers enter the offseason with major questions at safety. The team had three players start nine games or more at safety in 2023 and all of them are scheduled to be unrestricted free agents. Darnell Savage, Rudy Ford, and Jonathan Owens are all not under contract for the 2024 campaign.
Even with new defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley bringing in a different defensive scheme, most teams want some continuity on their roster. But which, if any, of the three potential free agent safeties should be back?
