RODGERS-TO-COBB GETS PACKERS ON THE BOARD

Trailing 11-0 in the second quarter, the Packers hadn’t had much go right. But a handful of plays after a 34-yard completion to WR James Jones got the offense going, QB Aaron Rodgers caught the Redskins offside and with 12 men on the field. He used the free play to fire a 12-yard TD pass to WR Randall Cobb, and the Packers were on their way to scoring 17 straight points before halftime to take the lead.
