One of the biggest stories coming out of this offseason so far has been that of Aaron Rodgers’ trade to the New York Jets from the Packers. After 18 years as a Cheesehead, it wasn’t clear what Rodgers’ intentions were towards the end of last season. He had publicly discussed retirement while there were also murmurs of a trade but it was in mid-March when those became concrete. A month later news broke that his trade to the Jets had been agreed and he bid an emotional farewell to the Packers. Despite the 4x MVP being one of the greatest Packers of all time, the reaction to the deal was overwhelmingly positive from Green Bay fans.
