Why Aaron Rodgers' ayahuasca use doesn't violate NFL's drug policy

Aaron Rodgers might trip, but he won't be taking a trip to the NFL's suspension list any time soon.

The Packers quarterback caught the attention of the public (and apparently, his ancestors) last week, when he admitted to taking ayahuasca, a psychedelic drug, prior to both of his MVP-winning seasons in 2020 and 2021.

Some have been curious as to whether or not Rodgers would be slapped on the wrist or slapped with a suspension due to his use. As it turns out, neither will happen to the passer.

Rodgers won't be catching the attention of the league, per NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy.
