For players who are fighting to make the Green Bay Packers’ 53-man roster, the opportunities to impress are quickly dwindling. The Packers have two preseason games remaining — one on Sunday night in Denver and the finale against the Baltimore Ravens at home next Saturday — and just a few more practices in between.
That leaves four or five days’ worth of work for players to stake their claim for a spot on the 53. One of the most intriguing position battles this summer has been for the final one or two wide receiver spots behind the top four players at the position, and there appear to be four remaining contenders for those jobs.
