Who Can Make a Second Year Jump?

This week we’re looking at the 2019 draft class. Besides Darnell Savage and Elgton Jenkins, the Green Bay Packers saw very little impact out of last year’s rookies. Can Savage and Jenkins build on an already impressive start, or are some of their classmates ready to take off?

Let’s take a case by case look at whether or not last year’s rookies are capable of a jump in year two.
