The Green Bay Packers are quickly filling out their roster by adding a number of Undrafted Free Agents (UDFA) and inviting others to their Rookie Mini-Camp for try-outs.
My personal favorite is West Point’s Raymond Maples.
He’s my favorite because I’m retired Army and I will give them “hooah” every time I can.
Maples ran for 2,878 yards while playing for Army, ranking him sixth all-time in school history right behind fabled Heisman Trophy winner, Cadet Glenn “Mr. Outside” Davis.
Maples had two years where he rushed for more than 1,000 yards, but a groin injury in 2013 set him back and he was limited to 266 yards rushing in 2014.
