What to know about Chad Brinker, Tennessee Titans president of football operations

The Tennessee Titans made a major change with their leadership for the third straight season, firing GM Ran Carthon on Tuesday and handing final say of the roster to president of football operations Chad Brinker.

Carthon is out after two seasons and a 9-25 record, including a 3-14 record in 2024.

Brinker joined the Titans as an assistant general manager in 2023, then was quickly elevated after one season to president of football operations, a role newly created in the organization.
