The Packers had plenty of issues up front on defense in 2024, but third-year defensive lineman Devonte Wyatt wasn’t one of them.
Though he missed several games due to injury, Wyatt flourished in Jeff Hafley’s new scheme, just as expected. In fact, he’s one of the only players that seems to have taken to it right away, hitting the ground running with three sacks and six tackles for loss in the Packers’ first four games last season.
Now, one player does not a defense make, but it’s at least a solid building block for a unit that’s still going to need an injection of talent this offseason.
