Well, maybe it’s not a mansion, but it’s a pretty goddam nice house. Former Green Bay Packers guard Mike Wahle is selling his La Jolla, California home for just about $7 million.
The asking price is actually $6.895 million and that would be a tidy profit if Wahle gets it. He bought the home for $3.2 million back in 2009.
What are we talking about here?
A pretty nice ocean view, a two-car garage with a lift to an additional subterranean parking basement that has an elevator and bathroom, and a 1950 bomb shelter that has been converted into a wine cellar.
